Today, February 6, 2024, is World Internet Safety Day, an event strongly promoted by the European Commission and whose main purpose is to  make young people reflect on the conscious use of the Internet, but also on the active and responsible role of each person in making the Internet a safe place .

Safer Internet Day ( SID ) is celebrated telegram whatsapp number in over 100 countries around the world and this year also marks the twentieth anniversary of the awareness campaign that has always played a fundamental role in educating younger generations, but not only, about how to use the internet and digital tools.

Over the years, it has become a reference event for all operators in the sector, institutions and organizations  is the title chosen by the European Commission to promote the 2024 day.

Safer Internet Day is the starting point for exploring increasingly current security topics such as gaming, artificial intelligence, online grooming and fake news. The event is supported by the Ministry of Education, coordinator of “Generazioni connessi”, the Safer Internet Centre in Italy, and includes a busy program of initiatives.

The main theme is Artificial Intelligence , from its applications and implications, relating to the following 5 areas:



Grooming,  Privacy  and Image Rights.
Metaverse.
BES and Applied Technologies.
Artificial Intelligence and Jobs of the Future.
Gaming .
